Mansour Saad AlShamrani
Mansour is an accomplished pharmacist and corporate affairs specialist with over two decades of experience in navigating multifaceted and intricate public policies, government affairs, regulatory affairs, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation across sectors like pharma, food and beverages and government. His expertise lies in establishing productive relationships and nurturing partnerships with key stakeholders including government authorities, local officials, regulators, opinion leaders, trade associations, and diplomatic offices to advocate for legislation and policies that drive positive change.
Renowned for his expertise in shaping policy outcomes across government levels, Mansour excels in strategic policy formulation, relationship building, and effective communication strategies. Proficient in advocating for organizational interests, negotiating legislative frameworks, and leveraging a deep understanding of evolving regulations, he adeptly navigates challenges to ensure business continuity and market access.
His leadership qualities, characterized by strong communication skills and a professional demeanor, have been honed through his tenure in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals and FMCG across both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Public Policy and Government Affairs for GCC at PepsiCo, Mansour plays a pivotal role in policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and fostering strategic relationships to advance business priorities and mitigate risks.
Beyond his role at PepsiCo, Mansour holds significant positions including Chairman of the National Exports Committee under the Federation of Saudi Chambers. Furthermore, he is an active member of the Excise Tax Committee at the Riyadh Chamber.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Mansour has worked with public sector and various Pharma and FMCG giants such as Ministry of Health, Alcon, Danone, Boehringer Ingelheim, Johnson & Johnson and Philip Morris.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from King Saud University at Saudi Arabia.
